Technically an outline suggests a condensed form of something。我们把outline放到写作中，就是指 a sketchy summary of the main points of an argument。

      我们这里讨论到的outline，就是指主体段的topic sentence，以及每个TS后面的论证方法和论据。更详细地来说，我们需要找出关键词之间的共性，把你脑海中这些词归类，寻找出行之有效的论点来支撑你的论述，每个论点下面你该如何来论证也是需要在outline里面反映出来。

      话不多说，直接来示范：

      咱们看这个题目--Should government spend money on public park for everyone or build a sport field for students?
      拿到题目，先在头脑中风暴一下，相信我，这不是在浪费你的时间，你所有的思路在brainstorm的时候就其义自现。这道题目主要是让我们比较public park和field sport的好处。好的，开动你的大脑，让你的思路放荡不羁一下。

      Brainstorm
      Park
      exercise / have fun / make friends / build the body / release pressure /well-being / raise the awareness of environment protection

      / green / air quality / greenhouse infect / make it comfortable to live—make people healthy / beautiful / tourism attraction / enhance the reputation / employment rate / economy

      基本我们到这就了解到，一边倒已经可以让我们写出一篇结构和内容很饱满的文章了。但在动手开始写之前，咱们还需要把上面这些零散的信息合并同类项,如果只是把其中的一点写成一个主体段，这样接下来段内的develop就无法展开，内容也很单调。所以outline在这里就可以使你那些零散的思路整合起来，一篇文章的雏形也就有了。

      我们可以列出的提纲就可以有：
      TS1：To begin with, building a park can improve the quality of life for all citizens and bring about a strong sense of well –being.  
      for old people：exercise- build the body- healthy
      for young people：have fun—date with friends – carry out social activities- release pressure

      TS2:  Furthermore, a public park can play an important role in helping green the city.
      lots of trees – purify the air – decrease the green effect – restore the pure air

      TS3: Last but not least, economic benefit gained from a well-developed public park is considerable.
      tourism attraction – attract tourists – enhance the reputation – employment rat  – boost economic incomes
 
      列完这个outline之后，整个文章的写作方向和展开方式也就有了，其实就可以更有效地帮助我们接下来的写作过程，避免了很多学生写到中间发现自己的信息重复和写到中间发现论点不好展开问题。
