        多个作者
        两个作者用and连接。超过两个以上的理论上是应该全部写出所有的作者名字，但是有的学校让学生用“et al”代替，所以建议学生先与导师沟通。

        没有日期要在名字后加 [no date]

        出版年份模糊，可以用ca.

        没有页码，最后加 [no pagination].
