好的选题需要依托于前人的文献（basedon established literature）
大家可以问问自己 “我是否可以找到某个选题相关的文献？”很多同学把选题创新性理解为从未被人研究过，这是极大的错误。选题创新性在于找到literature gap，弥补这个gap。

什么是Research Proposal？

选题要遵循范围小（细化到某个行业、某个群体或某个国家）、话题小、相关文献多等原则（这个可以结合上面的内容）
开题报告要包含各个基本的模块，包括研究背景、研究目标、文献综述 lr 研究方法、道德问题、时间表等，具体以学校要求为准；
研究目标遵循SMART原则，
一般一个aim；3-4个objectives；
To what extent can the cross-cultural training help facilitate general adjustment;
To what extent can the cross-cultural training help facilitate psychological adjustment;
To what extent can the cross-cultural training help facilitate interaction adjustment;
How do the expatriate’s self-efficacy, training methodsmediate the influence of the cross-cultural training on adjustment
文献综述要做到critical ，可以考虑这样几个问题，前人研究的角度是什么？得出哪些结论？有没有就某一方面达成共识？为什么没有？前人研究意义何在？对我们自己的论文有什么指导意义或借鉴价值？我的话题有很多文献做依托，
研究方法恰当，重在阐释分析为什么选用某种方法。对于方法论不是很清楚的可借鉴Saunders et al.的书简明易懂，比如我的研究涉及到变量关系，所以我用的是定量分析用spss处理数据，接下来我要做的就是重点解释为什么这种方法适合我的研究。
